The mission of Victor Company of Japan, Limited (hereafter referred to as JVC) is to attain customer satisfaction and earn customers’ trust by providing superior products and services.

  6. JVC shall comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information.


  7. JVC shall strive for continuous improvement of approach regarding personal information protection, in accordance with changing societal expectations.
  • Requests for confirmation or modification of the personal information you have provided/registered with JVC shall be accepted at the consultation center given on the page where you registered, or in the registered information confirmation/modification screens.

  • For personal information regarding children under the age of 13, approval from the parent or guardian to provide such information shall be required.
    • Links to websites that are not run by JVC
      JVC shall not accept any responsibility regarding protection of your personal information that is provided at linked websites (run by companies or individuals).
    • Cookie
      Some pages of our website use a technology called "Cookie" to enable you to make better use of the website when you visit it next time.
